Come join us and the extensive list of partners who will be engaging youth in conversations to discover existing efforts and realising the importance of every individual in striving to build inclusive dementia-friendly communities. Given safe-distancing measures, we creatively use technology to reconstruct experiences, from virtual amazing races through dementia-friendly communities, to digital experiential simulation games!

Session 1: 12 June 2020 (Friday, 8.30 – 9.30pm)
  • Sharing by Agency of Integrated Care (AIC) on symptoms and dementia landscape in Singapore
  • How you can be involved in community support
  • Interactive Kahoot games
Session 2: 26 June 2020 (Friday, 8.30 – 9.30pm)
  • Sharing by student research team on dementia-friendly communities
  • Virtual amazing race for participants!
Session 3: 11 July 2020 (Saturday, 8.00 – 9.30pm)
  • Sharing by caregivers of persons with dementia
  • Interactive discussions, lived experience dialogue
  • Sharing by Viraya Community Services
Session 4: 24 July 2020 (Friday, 8.00 – 9.30pm)
  • Youth-led project sharing on how youth can get involved in interesting community service initiatives
  • Learn some basic dialect (Hokkien) through mini-games!

  • Age Range: 15 to 35 years old
  • Singapore Citizen , Singapore PR only
